Sub: Conducting of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to the cadre of Inspector Posts (66.66%) Departmental quota for the year 2014 to be held on 20th and 21st September, 2014 and LGO Examination, 2014 proposed to be held on 21st September, 2014. 

Sir/Madam,

  I am directed to refer this office letter No. A-34012/03/2014-DE and A-34012/04/2014-DE dated 3^rd June, 2014 wherein the   notifications  for  holding  Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion of LGO to the cadre of PA/SA for the year 2014 to be held on 21^st September, 2014 and LDCE for promotion to the cadre of Inspector  posts  for the year 2014  on 20^th and 21^st September, 2014 were issued.

2.         The Outsourced Agency, M/s CMC Ltd. has intimated that conduct of the above mentioned examination on the scheduled dates is not feasible.  Therefore, the Competent Authority has ordered to postpone both the departmental examinations. The revised dates would be intimated shortly.

3.         This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

A Special cover on Gurram Jashuva and Shaik Nazar  issued by the Postal department:-

 A special cover commemorating the contributions of eminent poet Gurram Jashuva and Burra Katha proponent Shaik Nazar, both of them from Guntur district, was released by Post Master General (Vijayawada) M. Sampath at the inaugural function of Stamps and Coins Fest organised by the Guntur Numismatic and Philatelic Society.

While placing data of movable and immovable property declared by the government servant may lead:- 

Movable property point of view:- 

(1). Theft fear for themselves and their family numbers for cash and jewellery point .

(2). A person savings every year some amount and as he has accumulated let us  say 50 lakh in PPF deposit  over a period of years while showing this amount as asset in web badly reflect on employee side.

(3). May lead some personal obligations for asking Loan by some one are relatives etc.

(4). The data may misuse by others. 

(5) Let an employee starts savings by  not knowing to family members  by declaring the amount may lead to diversion to other purpose and savings aim of the employee spoils.

Immovable Property point of view:-

       1)      A land or Plot purchased long back with low cost and now having lakhs of Value.

2)      While watching the data unnecessary calls from  non life(Vehicle and fire)  / life insurance company agents.

3)      There is a scope of  financial barrier among employees.
