New RD accounts  opening Fever :-    As per the Targets fixed on the officers some of the offices  are opening fictitious  RD  new accounts of  denomination Rs.10/- each. Aggrieved on this issue and some of the customers lodged complaints/ representations to C.O.  And  C.O asked the sub offices under city for submission of  information on those who opened  RD accounts of denomination Rs.10/- .
