Sir,
ReplyDeleteIs is beneficiary to the Postmaster Grade I officials entered through examination? Because, the first batch of Postmaster Grade I in AP Circle have assumed during the month of September 2011 i.e, they are eligible for promotion even on relaxed grounds only after September 2016. In this context the crucial date will be taken by the CO for DPC also will play role in the aspect. If it is not beneficiary to the First batch of PM gr 1 officials. There are only 12 officials from seniority basis working in Grade I, among them 4 will retire in 2017. It will be beneficiary to the 12 officials only if the DPC on one time relaxation is taken up immediately.
