 Some Regions have been  issued posting orders to newly promoted HSG-I (Postal) officials. Welcoming to the HSG-I officials to achieve great success in future.

1) The letter calling options from Hsg-I to appoint as Postmater Grade-III is arising problem of  seniority / confusion among staff.

2). You have already reached the Grade pay Rs.4600/- and no pay benefit to opt as PMGr-III.

3). PMGr-III are limited posts (34) with limited transfer facility each and every tenure work in different  districts.

4).Once option has given no chance to withdraw.

5). Some of your seniors with good hope entered into the cadre of Postmaster Gr-II by reading the wonderful words at the time of creation but their hopes are vanished.

6). They have only promotional channel after 5-years of PMGr-II to PM Gr-III with Grade pay Rs.4600/- . Now all working postmaster Grade-II are previously worked as HSG-I (Adhoc) and downgraded them selves and working with less G.Pay Rs.4200/-

7). Because of filling from you they lose entire promotional channel and continue with less grade pay Rs.4200/-  They are not eligible to  sit  LDCE for promotion to PSS Gr-B, IPO etc.

8). Senior Postmaster Posts are very very few.

9) Because only a limited response was received to PM Grade-III in previous.

10) If you have not opted to this posts at least some of them in PM Gr-II will get Postmater Gr-III after completion of 5-years of service (including HSG-II) and draw  less pay compare with you after promotion. They are not eligible to decline to the cadre. Only the way to them is to continue with RIDING THE TIGER.
