CEPT NEWS
Help Desk Management System (HDMS) developed :-

                                               As part of the ongoing efforts to provide better services, CEPT designed and developed an online Helpdesk Management System (HDMS).  HDMS facilitates online submission of issues to CEPT and online settlement. The system will bring complete transparency and provide better support to field units.    As registered user you can now raise issues from 10.1.2014 onwards regarding software related issues against the software developed by CEPT athttp://cept.gov.in.   From 31.01.2014, CEPT will not respond to emails as priority will be given to tickets registered on HDMS.
