POSTMASTER GRADE Promotion issue A.P CIRCLE NEWS  :-  The  One time relaxation for  Promotion to PM cadres is under quick process.  As per reliable source of information it would  be settled with in 10 days.  Regular plus adhoc  promotions would be issued  simultaneously.  There is a demand from Postmaster cadre especially from Grade-I to represent dept for implement cadre restructure first. Later take up one time relaxation that will be more beneficial to the Postmasters as well as the dept. to fulfill the relaxation condition.
