Today, Circle Working Committee (CWC), Delhi Circle arranged meeting cum welcome party for the newly joined AAOs of DOT & DOP Delhi during lunch hours in o/o GM(F) Postal, Civil Lines, Delhi 110054.
More than 100 officers participate in this meeting representing DOT/DOP Hq, CCA, GM Finance (DAP), CGCA and NICF etc.
Besides organisational issues, matters relating to holding of next All India Conference & other important Cadre related issues were discussed in the presence of All India leaders-Shri D R Yadav ji General Secretary & President-Shri Mahesh Kumar ji who also addressed the house and motivated all of us. CHQ Leadership also explained future action plan for betterment of IP&TAFS Cadre as well as strengthening of Association.
After resignation of previous working committee of delhi circle, Mr R C Kumar (CHQ Leader) was appointed as Election Observer for conducting election of new working committee.
Election was held unanimously and important portfolio were assigned to the following members :-
1) President, Sh.N.K.Chauhan from CGCA.
2) Circle Secretary Sh. Parveen Dagar, AAO, DoT Hq.
3)Additional Circle Secretary Shri PK Jain from Pr CCA Delhi
4) Finance Secretary Sh. Raj kumar Meena, AAO, DoT Hq.
5) Additional Finance Secretary Shri Vinod Bhardwaj from DoP and
6) Audior Ms. Jyotsna Sandhu, AAO, DOT Hq.
In the Circle Working Committee (CWC), there are 15 Office bearers, one Auditor and 7 Executive Members/ Spl invites. CWC is represented by more than 40% female officers. Full list with mobile numbers etc shall be shared shortly.
We congratulate all newly elected leaders and assured them full cooperation.
