 As seen from the above promotional prospects it is clear that the Postmaster Grade officials are losing promotional  channels. It is clear from the list some Posts viz., IPOs/ ASPOs having multiple channel  of  promotions.  But PMGr-I cadre promotional avenue  is  PMGr-II only on seniority basis. Similarly from PMGr-II to PMGr-III.   If PMGr-I official  could not promoted to next  PMGr-II he should retain in same Post until he gets next seniority.   Hence other channel of promotion LDCE is required for this  cadre.
