POST OFFICES TO SELL POLICE RECRUITMENT FORMS:-

ALLAHABAD: With the state government announcing to hold recruitment process for vacant seats in the state police department, the postal department is gearing up to manage the logistics.  The postal department will make available the application forms at 169 post offices in Uttar Pradesh from July 18 onwards. Sharing details of the exercise with TOI, director, postal services, Allahabad region, Krishna Kumar Yadav said that the application forms would be sold from July 18 to August 20 at 169 post offices in the state out of which 24 are in the Allahabad region.
He said that two different types of forms will be available at the post offices.One will be in khaki coloured envelopes which will be distributed free of cost to those candidates who had applied for UP police recruitment examination 2011 where the selection process was shelved by the state government. In the second category, the forms in white envelopes will be available for Rs 200 for fresh candidate .//times of india//
